Sylvia "QueenArrow" Gathoni (23 years old) is a Tekken player and content creator from Nairobi, Kenya.

About

Queen Arrow began her competitive journey in 2017 when she placed 4th in the Mortal Kombat XL tournament held at the East African Gaming Convention. In 2018, she began her competitive Tekken journey and started competing in the Tekken 254 Circuits. In May of that year, she joined US-based team, XiT Woundz (now known as XiT Gaming), making her the first Kenyan and the first woman from East Africa to be signed by a professional esports team. In 2019, she won her first local tournament of the Blaze Esports Tour held in Nyeri County. In 2020, she made her first Top 8 placing in the fourth season of the Tekken 254 Circuit.

In 2021, QueenArrow was signed to UYU, another US- based team and represented Kenya at Red Bull Hit the Streets in Johannesburg, South Africa and Occitanie Esports Exhibition in Montpellier, France.

QueenArrow serves on the Athletes, Players and Communities Commission on the Global Esports Federation (G.E.F) and ensures that Africa's interests are represented on the Federation.
